Hi, I’m Becca.

Hi my name is Becca, and I have been practicing as a doula since 2019. I founded Rebecca Rose Doula Services in 2020, and I have attended 230+ births throughout my career (updated annually).

Over the years I’ve had the privilege of supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. What began as a calling has grown into an incredible village of doulas at Rebecca Rose Doula Services, all committed to supporting families with compassion, respect, and without imposing our own beliefs.

In 2020 I completed my Midwifery Assistant training and began my education through the National College of Midwifery, continuing to deepen my knowledge of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care.

What Brought Me to Birth Work

Honestly, I was that kid watching Teen Mom, The Birth Story on TLC, and following family vloggers documenting pregnancy and newborn life. I was completely fascinated watching birth unfold.

As I began learning more about birth, I realized how many women walk away feeling like they somehow failed because they needed an induction, forceps delivery, or cesarean birth. That never made sense to me. How could a woman fail when she did the incredible work of bringing her baby into the world?

That question shaped my path into birth work.

Why I Do This Work

I do this work because I want women to feel like their voice is the loudest voice in the room when it comes to their body and their baby.

Every mother deserves to feel supported, respected, and heard during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. This work is deeply fulfilling to me, and I truly believe it is a calling placed on my heart by God.

What I Bring to Your Birth / Postpartum Journey

Families often describe my support style as calming, grounding, attentive, and intuitive.

Birth is different for every woman. Sometimes my role is holding the space and reminding you that what you’re experiencing is normal. Other times it’s helping shift the energy guiding breathing, offering hands-on comfort, or helping your body find new movement and rhythm.

I trust my intuition and I trust your body. Together we listen to what your body needs in the moment.

Partners are also a huge part of the experience, and I love helping them feel confident and involved so we can work together as a team.

My goal is always for you to feel safe, confident, and deeply supported.

A Little About Me

In addition to supporting families through Rebecca Rose Doula Services, I also co-host the podcast Girly Pop Birth Talks with my best friend and colleague Arielle, where we have honest and empowering conversations about birth and motherhood.

At home, I live with my partner Ignacio, who is currently studying law. We also share our home with both of our parents his mom Martha and my dad and we lovingly call it our little family compound. Martha is an incredible cook and keeps us fueled with the most amazing meals, which makes my busy on-call life feel a little extra special.

We also have a long-haired tabby cat named Marisol, who is about one year old and has proudly claimed the role of our “office kitty.”

Outside of birth work, I love fashion, Anthropologie-inspired design, decorating, hosting themed parties, breweries and wineries with friends, and being an auntie. One day I hope to have many babies of my own, but until then I feel incredibly lucky to do this dream job and support families as they welcome their little ones into the world.

One Thing I Want Families to Know

Your birth and postpartum journey belong to you.

My role is to walk beside you, offering guidance, support, and encouragement so you can enter parenthood feeling confident, empowered, and deeply supported.

I want every woman I work with to feel like the loudest voice in the room when it comes to her body and her baby. My hope is that throughout this journey you learn what you need, how to ask for it, when to say yes, and when to say no.

It is truly a privilege to be invited into this season of your life. Please never hesitate to tell me exactly how you need to be loved, supported, and cared for along the way.

This journey is about you, your family, and your story.
