Maven Birth Doula Benefits with RRDS

Use Your Maven Benefits for Personalized Birth Doula Support

Rebecca Rose Doula Services proudly supports families using Maven employer-sponsored maternity benefits.

Our doulas meet Maven's eligibility requirements and can provide the documentation needed for reimbursement through your employer's Maven program. Because every employer's Maven plan is different, reimbursement amounts, covered services, and benefit timelines vary.

During your complimentary consultation, we'll discuss your Maven benefits, explain how reimbursement works, and help you choose the birth package that's right for your family.

Please note: Every Maven plan is unique. Coverage, reimbursement amounts, and eligible services are determined by your employer's specific benefit. We'll help you understand your available benefits during your consultation.

Our Maven Birth Packages

Maven families may choose from two of our most popular birth doula packages.

🤍 Sapphire Birth Package

$2,200

Perfect for families looking for personalized birth support with one dedicated birth doula.

Personalized Birth Preparation

  • Welcome Call: Within your first week of working together, you'll have a private welcome call with your doula to review your Welcome Reflection: Preparing for Your Birth Journey, discuss what to expect throughout our time together, answer your questions, and begin building your relationship.

  • One In-Home Prenatal Visit: We typically meet around 35 weeks to prepare you physically, mentally, and emotionally for birth. Together we'll discuss your birth preferences, comfort measures, labor positions, postpartum planning, newborn care, and create your personalized birth wishes.

Unlimited Support

  • Unlimited phone and text support throughout pregnancy

  • Community resources, educational materials, and evidence-based recommendations

On-Call Labor Support

  • Low-risk pregnancies: On-call from 38–42 weeks

  • High-risk pregnancies, twins, or medically indicated pregnancies: On-call from 36–40 weeks

During this time, your doula provides early labor guidance, coaching through contractions, help deciding when to leave for your birth location, and continuous reassurance throughout labor.

Continuous Labor & Birth Support

Your doula remains by your side throughout active labor, providing continuous emotional, physical, and informational support, partner coaching, hands-on comfort measures, labor positioning, and evidence-based guidance.

Following your baby's birth, your doula will remain with you to support your recovery, bonding, and infant feeding.

Postpartum Support

Around 3–4 days after birth, your doula will visit your home to provide recovery guidance, infant feeding support, newborn education, emotional wellness check-ins, light household assistance, and referrals to trusted community resources.

Some Maven plans provide benefits for birth through six weeks postpartum, while others include support for up to twelve months postpartum. Every employer's benefit is different.

If you're interested in postpartum support, let us know during your consultation. We'll help you create a personalized care plan that maximizes your available Maven benefits while ensuring continuity of care for your growing family.

🤍 The RRDS Difference

One of the greatest benefits of working with Rebecca Rose Doula Services is our collaborative team model.

While it is extremely rare for your primary doula to miss your birth, unexpected circumstances can occasionally occur. If something beyond our control prevents your primary doula from attending your birth, another experienced RRDS doula will seamlessly step in, ensuring you continue receiving compassionate, personalized support.

Unlike working with a solo doula, our established team provides built-in backup support, giving you confidence that you'll always have experienced care when you need it most.
