We’re truly honored that you’re considering inviting our team to be part of your support system during this sacred season of life.
Please begin by filling out the intake form above.
Once we receive your submission, Becca personally reviews and schedules all intake calls Monday–Friday between 10:30 AM and 5 PM.
If you need an evening or weekend appointment, please note that in your form, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
After submitting your form, please allow up to 72 hours (3 business days) for a reply.
If you don’t hear from us within 72 hours, please call 916-218-8867 or resubmit your intake form to ensure it came through successfully.
All intake calls are handled personally by me it’s a one-woman show on this end!
Because I’m also attending births and providing newborn support, communication may occasionally be delayed.
Please know this is a good thing it means our doulas are showing up fully for families in labor and postpartum, and that same devotion will be given to you once you’re in care.
Calendar changes and reschedules are a natural part of life as on-call birth workers, and we deeply appreciate your understanding and flexibility. I always make time to reschedule within the week.
We encourage families to inquire during their first or second trimester for the smoothest onboarding process.
However, if you’re in your third trimester or even due soon please still reach out! We’ll do everything we can to fast-track your onboarding and match you with the right doula.
Please note: unless you are currently in labor, it may take up to 5 business days for your intake, contract, and group message setup to be fully completed after your call.
Once your intake is complete, your doula recommendation and spot are held for 7 days.
If we haven’t heard back from you within that window, we’ll assume you’ve chosen a different path and release the spot to another family.
To keep our phone lines open for active clients, we rarely answer unknown numbers.

We partner with Growing Together Network, who manages all of our insurance verification and billing.

Please fill out the “Check Your Benefits” form at the same time as your intake form.
Doing both together allows insurance approval and intake scheduling to happen simultaneously, streamlining your onboarding process.
Rebecca Rose Doula Services (RRDS) has partnered with Infant Instincts Consulting DBA Growing Together to serve as the third-party billing service for doula care benefits. They are responsible for managing all insurance claims and reimbursements related to your doula care.
