Whether you're newly pregnant, preparing for birth, planning postpartum support, or simply exploring your options, we'd love to get to know your family.
Schedule a complimentary consultation with our team to discuss your due date, birth goals, postpartum plans, insurance coverage, and budget. Together, we'll match you with the right doula and create a personalized care plan designed around your family's unique needs.
We proudly serve families throughout Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, Yuba, and surrounding Northern California communities, offering birth doula services, postpartum doula care, childbirth education, lactation support, and insurance-covered doula services.
We can't wait to meet you and help you build your village.
Please take a few moments to read through the process below before submitting your intake form.
It explains exactly how our onboarding works, expected response times, and how to get in touch if you need help along the way.
We want your experience with us to feel seamless, supported, and stress-free from the very start. 🤍

First, thank you so much for reaching out.
We’re truly honored that you’re considering inviting our team to be part of your support system during this sacred season of life.

Monday: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Wednesday: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
If you need an evening or weekend appointment, I'll do my very best to accommodate your schedule. Just make a note of your preferred availability in your intake form, and we'll work together to find a time that works for you.
After submitting your form, please allow up to 72 hours (3 business days) for a reply.
If you don’t hear from us within 72 hours, please call/text 916-218-8867 or resubmit your intake form to ensure it came through successfully.
Our onboarding team consists of Becca, Arielle, and Hailey, and one of us will be with you every step of the way as you get started with Rebecca Rose Doula Services.
Because our team is actively supporting families through labor, birth, and the postpartum period, there may occasionally be slight delays in communication. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
This is actually a good thing it means our doulas are fully present for the families currently in our care, and you'll receive that same level of dedicated, compassionate support once it's your turn.
As on-call birth workers, our schedules can shift quickly due to babies arriving on their own timeline. Occasionally, intake calls or meetings may need to be rescheduled. If that happens, we'll always work with you to find another time as soon as possible, typically within the same week.
Thank you for your flexibility we can't wait to get to know you and support your family. When to Reach Out - We encourage families to inquire during their first or second trimester for the smoothest onboarding process. However, if you’re in your third trimester or even due soon please still reach out! We’ll do everything we can to fast-track your onboarding and match you with the right doula.
Please note: unless you are currently in labor, it may take up to 7 business days for your intake, contract, and group message setup to be fully completed after your call.
Once your intake is complete, your doula recommendation and spot are held for 7 days.
If we haven’t heard back from you within that window, we’ll assume you’ve chosen a different path and release the spot to another family.
To keep our phone lines open for active clients, we rarely answer unknown numbers.
If you’re trying to reach us, please:
Submit your form above, or
Text your first and last name, due date or baby’s birthdate, and which service you’re interested in (Birth, Postpartum, etc.) to 916-218-8867.
