We’re truly honored that you’re considering inviting our team to be part of your support system during this sacred season of life.
Once we receive your submission, Becca personally reviews every intake and will reach out to schedule your consultation during the following hours:
Monday: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
If you need an evening or weekend appointment, I'll do my very best to accommodate your schedule. Just make a note of your preferred availability in your intake form, and we'll work together to find a time that works for you.
After submitting your form, please allow up to 72 hours (3 business days) for a reply.
If you don’t hear from us within 72 hours, please call/text 916-218-8867 or resubmit your intake form to ensure it came through successfully.
Our onboarding team consists of Becca, Arielle, and Hailey, and one of us will be with you every step of the way as you get started with Rebecca Rose Doula Services.
Because our team is actively supporting families through labor, birth, and the postpartum period, there may occasionally be slight delays in communication. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
This is actually a good thing it means our doulas are fully present for the families currently in our care, and you'll receive that same level of dedicated, compassionate support once it's your turn.
As on-call birth workers, our schedules can shift quickly due to babies arriving on their own timeline. Occasionally, intake calls or meetings may need to be rescheduled. If that happens, we'll always work with you to find another time as soon as possible, typically within the same week.
Thank you for your flexibility we can't wait to get to know you and support your family. When to Reach Out - We encourage families to inquire during their first or second trimester for the smoothest onboarding process. However, if you’re in your third trimester or even due soon please still reach out! We’ll do everything we can to fast-track your onboarding and match you with the right doula.
Please note: unless you are currently in labor, it may take up to 7 business days for your intake, contract, and group message setup to be fully completed after your call.
Once your intake is complete, your doula recommendation and spot are held for 7 days.
If we haven’t heard back from you within that window, we’ll assume you’ve chosen a different path and release the spot to another family.
To keep our phone lines open for active clients, we rarely answer unknown numbers.

Yes! We accept insurance for eligible families. If we decide to move forward together after your intake call, we'll send you our intake paperwork and collect the information needed to verify your benefits and begin the enrollment process.

If your insurance isn't listed, we'd still love to support your family! We offer cash-pay packages ranging from $1,200–$3,000, along with flexible payment plans to fit your family's budget.
