Hello, I’m Hailey.

Hi my name is Hailey, and I have been practicing as a doula since 2024. I joined the Rebecca Rose Doula Services team in 2024 and I have attended 10 births throughout my career. (updated annually).

Certifications & Additional Training

I have completed the following certifications and continuing education in birth and postpartum support:

• RRDS Doula Mentorship program in 2025

• Certified Doula through Medical

• Heart-saver Infant and Pediatric CPR and First Aid

I believe in continuing education and regularly pursue opportunities to deepen my knowledge so I can provide the most supportive, evidence-based care for families.

What Brought Me to Birth Work

My journey into birth and postpartum work began at a young age with nannying starting at 17 years old. I have worked with newborns through 5 years old, including multiple sets of twins, over the past 9 years. I have always had a calling to work in some form of care taking or healthcare. I joined on with RRDS and experienced my first birth, and ever since that day I have never wanted to step away. From that moment on, I knew supporting women and families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period was where my heart belonged.

Why I Do This Work

I do this work because I believe every voice deserves to be heard, and every new mom should have the greatest chance at success possible, no matter what your version of a successful birth story may be! I strive to make every woman’s journey I walk into feel empowered and capable through their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum stages. Being invited into such an intimate and powerful moment in a family’s life is something I never take for granted.

What I Bring to Your Birth / Postpartum Journey

Families often describe my support style as grounding, intuitive, and educational. I want you to know the “why” of everything that goes on and to fully understand the power of birth.

When I enter a birth space, I aim to be an unwavering source of support for you and your partner. This would including hands-on support, calming every nerve, and advocating for your story! One of my favorite forms of support is guiding your partner on how they can support you, and helping to facilitate an everlasting bond through your labor and birth.

Some of the ways I support families include:

• Hands-on comfort measures such as hip squeezes, counter pressure, and massage

• Emotional support and strength

• Educational advocacy and decision making support.

My goal is always to help you feel safe, confident, and deeply supported throughout your journey.

A Little About Me

Outside of birth work, I married the love of my life in October 2025 and love being a Wife! I am expecting my own little one in October of 2026, and it has always been my dream to be a mom ans we could not be more excited! I also have 2 dogs that have been my world and are always by my side! Outside of birth work I enjoy boating and wakesurfing all summer! I also bake sourdough, and always have a project going on at home, we just finished the chicken coop in the backyard!

I live in Penryn and love the small town feeling of this little town. I enjoy visiting the local coffee shops and taking my dogs to the nearby trails and parks!

One Thing I Want Families to Know

If there’s one thing I want families to know about me, it’s that no matter your goals or aspects of your story, I am here to support you, and to show up for you in whatever aspect you need me to!
