Hi, I’m Cindy!
I’m a birth and postpartum doula, a wife, and a proud mom of three. I began professionally supporting families in 2021 and joined Rebecca Rose Doula Services in 2023. Since then, I’ve had the incredible honor of attending over 90 births and supporting families in more than 150 postpartum homes.
For me, this work is so much more than a profession. It’s a calling, a passion, and one of the greatest privileges of my life. Whether I’m holding space for a mother during labor, caring for a newborn in the quiet hours of the night, or helping parents find their confidence in those first few weeks, my heart is exactly where it belongs.

What Brought Me to This Work
My journey into birth work began with my own experience as a mother of three. I was incredibly blessed to have relatively easy pregnancies, births, and postpartum experiences. For a long time, I assumed that was simply how motherhood unfolded for everyone.
It wasn’t until I became involved in mothers’ groups and began listening to other women share their stories that I realized how different each experience could be. I heard about difficult births, overwhelming postpartum seasons, unexpected challenges, and mothers who felt unsure, unsupported, or alone.
Those conversations humbled me and opened my heart in a way I’ll never forget.
I realized that something that had come naturally to me could feel incredibly overwhelming to someone else. I wanted to be the person who walked alongside those families, helping them navigate the unknown, find confidence in themselves, and experience the beauty and joy that can exist even in the midst of uncertainty.
Long before becoming a professional doula in 2021, I was already showing up for the women around me as a friend, a listening ear, and a helping hand. Becoming a doula simply gave a name, purpose, and professional foundation to something my heart had been doing for years.
Why I Do This Work
I do this work because I genuinely love caring for people.
There is something so special about watching a woman discover her own strength, seeing a couple grow into confident parents, and witnessing a family find its rhythm with a new baby.
My greatest joy comes from helping others feel capable, supported, and empowered. I love being the steady presence in the room, the reassuring voice when things feel uncertain, and the person who notices what needs to be done before anyone has to ask.
I believe that when families feel truly supported, they have the freedom to be present, connect with one another, and embrace the beautiful transformation of welcoming a new life.
What I Bring to Your Birth & Postpartum Journey
I bring warmth, experience, compassion, confidence, and a completely judgment-free approach to every family I support.
I believe in meeting you exactly where you are, without expectations about what your birth, recovery, or parenting journey should look like.
Sometimes you know exactly what you need. Other times, you're exhausted, overwhelmed, and don't even know where to begin. That's where I come in.
I love helping families discover what support will make the biggest difference, whether that's creating space for rest, navigating breastfeeding challenges, understanding newborn cues, establishing healthy routines, troubleshooting sleep and feeding concerns, or simply having someone there to reassure you that you're doing a wonderful job.
I’m especially passionate about helping partners feel confident, connected, and involved. I love watching new parents learn how to support one another in entirely new ways, helping partners develop practical skills, bond with their babies, and become an incredible source of encouragement and strength for each other.
My goal is never to take over your experience. It's to walk alongside you, offer guidance when needed, and help you recognize just how capable you already are.
A Little About Me
Outside of birth work, my greatest joy is my family. My husband, Jason, and I have been married for 21 years, and we have three wonderful children, ages 20, 18, and 15.
Jason is truly my best friend. We've grown up together, built a beautiful life, and shared just about every adventure along the way. Our marriage and the partnership we've created have given me such a deep appreciation for the importance of supporting one another through life's biggest transitions.
We're a close-knit, fun-loving family who enjoys music, sports, camping, great food, and spending time outdoors. Our home is also full of love (and a little chaos!) thanks to our two dogs, a Great Dane and a Rottweiler.
I'm happiest surrounded by the people I love, whether that's sitting around a campfire with good girlfriends, spending a day by the ocean, or enjoying a little self-care with my girls. Give me a spa day, fresh nails, meaningful conversations, and a good laugh, and I'm in my happy place!
My spirituality and faith in a higher power are deeply rooted in who I am, and I try to approach both life and my work with gratitude, intention, and love.
One Thing I Want Families to Know
If there's one thing I want every family to know, it's that I truly, wholeheartedly love what I do.
I had the beautiful opportunity to raise my own children, be present for their milestones, and pour my heart into my family. Now, as my children have grown into more independent young adults, I have the incredible privilege of taking that same love and nurturing spirit into the homes of other families.
Every single birth still feels magical to me. No matter how many I've attended, there is always that same spark of wonder when a new life enters the world. Being invited into such a sacred, intimate moment is something I will never take for granted.
And every time someone places their newborn baby in my arms, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the trust they've given me.
There is something profoundly spiritual about welcoming new life and witnessing families being born and transformed.
I don't believe I'll ever lose that feeling.
This isn't simply what I do. It's my soul work.
And it would be an absolute honor to be part of your family's story.
