Partnership HealthPlan Birth Doula Services with RRDS

What's Included with Your Partnership HealthPlan Birth Doula Services

Rebecca Rose Doula Services is honored to support eligible Partnership HealthPlan families throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period. Our goal is to make the insurance process simple while providing compassionate, evidence-based care every step of the way.

Please note: Covered services may vary depending on your Partnership HealthPlan benefits and authorization. During your complimentary consultation, we'll review your eligibility and explain exactly what's included in your care.

🤍 Complimentary Consultation

Meet with our team to discuss your pregnancy, birth goals, and answer any questions about our services or your Partnership HealthPlan benefits.

📝 Insurance Verification

After your consultation, we'll email you a short insurance verification form that takes less than three minutes to complete.

Our in-house billing team will verify your Partnership HealthPlan benefits and obtain any required authorizations. Once approved, we'll send your service agreement and thoughtfully match you with your birth doula.

Our team handles the insurance billing process, making it as simple and stress-free as possible for your family.

🤍 Personalized Birth Preparation

Your birth journey begins long before labor.

Welcome Call: Within your first week of working together, you'll have a private welcome call with your primary doula to review your Welcome Reflection: Preparing for Your Birth Journey, discuss what to expect throughout our time together, answer your questions, and begin building your relationship.

Three Prenatal Meetings: Depending on when you enroll in our care, we typically meet around 30, 35, and 38 weeks of pregnancy. During these visits, we'll prepare you physically, mentally, and emotionally for birth, discuss your birth preferences, review comfort measures and labor positions, create your birth wishes, plan for the postpartum period, answer your questions, and ensure you feel confident as you approach your baby's arrival.

💬 Ongoing Support

Throughout your pregnancy, your doula is available by phone and text to answer questions, provide reassurance, and help you feel confident as your due date approaches.

🌿 On-Call Labor Support

  • Low-risk pregnancies: On-call from 38–42 weeks

  • High-risk pregnancies, twins, or medically indicated pregnancies: On-call from 36–40 weeks

During this time, you'll receive:

  • Early labor guidance

  • Coaching through contractions

  • Support deciding when to leave for your birth location

  • Continuous communication with your birth team

  • Ongoing encouragement and reassurance

🤲 Continuous Labor & Birth Support

Your doula provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout labor, including:

  • Comfort techniques

  • Labor positioning

  • Partner coaching

  • Evidence-based education

  • Help communicating your preferences with your healthcare team

Following your baby's birth, your doula will remain with you to support recovery, bonding, and infant feeding.

🏡 Postpartum Follow-Up

After birth, we'll check in to answer questions, provide postpartum guidance, offer feeding support, and help you transition into the early weeks of parenthood.

🤍 The RRDS Difference

One of the greatest benefits of working with Rebecca Rose Doula Services is our collaborative team model.

While it is extremely rare for your primary doula to miss your birth, unexpected circumstances can occasionally occur.

If something beyond our control prevents your primary doula from attending your birth, you'll be seamlessly supported by another experienced RRDS doula who has access to your birth preferences and is committed to providing the same compassionate, high-quality care.

Unlike working with a solo doula, our established team means you'll always have trusted backup support when you need it most.
